Healthy Healing Hub is the fruition of a long term dream of mine to create a healing hub in our local community and in the wider Gippsland area. I have always been passionate about our body’s ability to generate great health when given the right circumstances, and in our own ability to step in to create a healthy lifestyle that makes sense to “us”.
As a long time Registered Nurse and Health Coach I have based my life around exploring what is best for my own and other’s bodies in order to create not only physical health but to also embrace emotional, mental and spiritual health.
We decided to create a space that is proactive in encouraging people to take control of their own health and to focus on disease prevention and management from a holistic perspective.
Also by providing multiple potential healing modalities we aim to support individuals in finding the right service for their needs and financial capabilities.

I believe that achieving our highest potential in all four areas has the ability to allow us to live our best and happiest lives. We live in an increasingly toxic world and need to reconfigure how we create our own health within that space.
Although new to some of the modalities including massage and IV therapy I am passionate about working with individuals to identify their goals and to determine the correct modality for them. This exciting time that has required me to dig deep into my courage vault to steer my life away from my “safe” but allopathic healthcare career into the new and unknown. I look forward to sharing this journey with you all.
