Billed at an hourly rate
Formal Mediation or Workplace Restoration
This structured process helps resolve active workplace disputes or restore team harmony. It includes preparation, document review, and active mediation tailored to the needs of all parties involved.
Offered as half- or full-day sessions
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We offer full refunds for sessions canceled 15 days in advance. If a session is canceled with less notice, 50% of the fee is still required due to the preparation and time commitment involved.
